Email support@vaultedlaw.app with a brief description of the issue. For installation help, include your operating system, computer type, and app version. For billing or activation, include your order reference and purchase email.
Please do not send confidential client files, full license keys, passwords, or payment-card details. If a screenshot is useful, remove any client information first.
Installation and activation
Install the version for your computer, then activate using the license details in your order email. The Engine downloads separately during setup and resumes after interruptions. You can complete onboarding while it finishes.
Billing and licenses
Your order includes a link for managing billing. Subscriptions are per computer, with a seven-day trial. Charter licenses are one-time purchases while available.
